Bahan-bahan untuk Hakka Tofu
- Berikan 1 bj - tahu cina uk besar, potong 3x3 cm dg ketebalan 1 cm.
- Perlu Bahan isian tahu :.
- Anda perlu 1 ons dari daging giling.
- Memerlukan 1 sdm dari tepung sagu.
- Berikan 2 siung - bawang putih, dihaluskan.
- Persiapkan 1 btg untuk daun bawang iris (1/2 utk isian tahu, 1/2 utk taburan).
- Anda perlu 1 batang dari seledri iris.
- Siapkan 1 cm - jahe, diparut.
- Berikan secukupnya dari Garam, gula, merica.
- Perlu dari Bahan saos :.
- Anda perlu 1 sdm - saos tiram.
- Persiapkan 1 sdt untuk kecap asin.
- Memerlukan 1 sdt - minyak wijen.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdm dari maizena, dilarutkan dg sedikit air.
- Perlu 250 ml - air.
- Sediakan secukupnya untuk Garam, gula, merica.

Hakka Tofu langkah nya
- Siapkan bahan. Potong2 tahu dan kerok bagian tengah tahu dg bantuan kerokan buah.
- Campur semua bahan isian tahu dan sisa kerokan tahu, haluskan jadi 1.
- Isikan ke bagian tengah tahu dan kukus 10 menit.
- Campur jadi 1 bahan saus. Didihkan dg api kecil sampai mengental dan mendidih.
- Tata tahu yg sudah dikukus di atas piring. Siram dg saus. Taburi dg daun bawang.
- Siap disajikan.
